RP 125/180/250/80. The fastest range of flat bed hot stamp
label presses available world wide. The range can be supplied as
1 print 1 diecut, 2 print 1 diecut, 3 print or 1 print 2 diecut
format. All print units feature two foil indexing units and are
capable of being used for diecutting when required. Options
include: Sprocket hole punching, Lamination rollers, in line
shear knife rotary slitting, male/female punch units and
conveyors.
RC 180/250/80. The RAPID range of flat bed diecutters
utilising inexpensive 12mm rule knives. These machines are
capable of diecutting in register at up to 14,000 IPH, and can be
fitted with options such as Sprocket hole punching, Laminating
and in line shear knife rotary slitters.
RD2/250/330 . The super efficient range of inexpensive
rotary die cutters capable of Face and back cutting, sprocket
hole punching and sheeting. These machines are capable of running
at up to 150 m/min (500 fpm), and can be fitted with options such
as Sprocket hole cutting/punching, crush knife rotary slitters,
and sheeting and shingling.
The RSS 250/330 Screen Printer range allows a flexible and
easy to operate screen line for single or multi colour labels.
The units are all fitted with re-register scanning as standard,
and thus are capable of doing multi-colour multi pass work with a
single unit, and an RPU and RPR unwind and rewind. However
multiple units can be run in a line with a simple loop between
each machine, utilising the re-register facility on all but the
first unit. The RSS range of machines can also be run in line
with our RC/ROP range to create a truly flexible printing line.
The RGB330
is a productive off line guillotine, utilising Rapid's proven
servo technology to re register and position your pre printed web
to within 0.02mm dependant on stock. With a massive 345mm web
width and a batch controlled shingling conveyor this is one of
the most versatile finishing units available in this price range.
Also available is the RG330A for inline use with almost any
intermittent press with a nipping index roller.
The RS280/330
is a simple slitter ,with matrix stripping and unwind options,
for use in line or off line as a roll finishing device. The
slitter has a maximum web width of 280mm or 330mm. With twin
rewind spindles and 38 and 76 mm quick change core mandrels as
standard this machine suits the demanding requirements of the
majority of label shops.
