A totally servo driven flexo press with vector motor rewind for
complete separation of print effects from die shocks and rewind roll
changes.
The RF flexo press is capable of print speeds up to 180 m/min and is available in 250/330/420 mm print widths.
There
is no limitation on the number of colours or stations, but a standard
machine from the factory can be expanded up to 10 colours with 4 die
stations.
The machines are totally modular and can be added to
at any time. Each module ( 1 print or 2 die) is self contained for
electronic control and it is simply a matter of mechanically connecting
the new unit, and making a few wiring connections. The machine is self
aware and can detect new modules automatically, up to a maximum of 14.
All machines are built to European standards and guarded to AS4024.2
