The RG330B is an inline / off line sheeter with
an on board servo indexing unit, and a re-register scanner. The unit comes
supplied with a shingling conveyor, controlled for speed and batch
size.
The RGB can run inline with RP, RSS and RC/ROP
machines, or off line if supplied with web from an RPU unwind stand or the RJU
large roll unwind.
The RGB can be optioned up as a full finishing machine for
plain sheet work, and can then perform slitting and cropping of multi
up print in one pass.
With the optional attachments, and RGB is suitable for cutting and stacking shrink sleeves and some IML products.
The
RGA is an in-line version of the RG sheeter and designed to run with
the indexing system of an intermittent feed (step & repeat) style
press. The RGA is not suitable to run in-line with a rotary press.
The running speed for the RGA & RGB is up to 10,000
sheets / hour at 100mm draw.
All machines are built to comply with European
standards and are guarded to AS4024.2.
