The RP range of Label Presses was designed for the production of quality hot foil labels, tags, rating plates, decals, magnetic rubber advertising etc.

The result of many years experience and research, the RP range has totally changed the cost structure of hot foil label production. Our machines regularly run quality labels at double previously acceptable running speeds. This due to the rigid design of our printing ram and our high power heater system.

The machines feature a large unwind capable of taking a 560 mm diameter roll, motorised unwinding, vacuum tension control, and servo motor indexing. The unique modular heads are adjustable along the web by 130 mm (160 mm on RP80) allowing all print and cutting jobs to be simply mounted on the head centerline. This simplifies setup and reduces downtime between jobs. The four separate foil feeds are adjustable both for feed length and timing to minimise foil waste and improve foil release characteristics.

All three head Rapid hot stamping presses feature the ability to backprint, making them the only hot stamp press on the market capable of making double sided labels and tags in one pass.

Options include the quick thread laminator, and consecutive numbering. All machines are built to comply with European standards and are guarded to AS4024.2.
