The RPU 250 and 330 are simple unwinds capable of
unwinding a 800 mm diameter roll of material at up to 30 meters/minute. The loop
is speed controlled and will stop the web if the press doesn't consume web for a
few seconds. In the event that the roll of web runs out the RPU will stop
feeding material, leaving enough tail for a splice to be effected.
