Asemi rotary servo driven flexo press with loop infeed and outfeed
to run in-line with a digital print engine, as an off-line finishing
solution or as a stand alone label press.
The SR flexo press is capable of print speeds up to 50 m/min and is available in 250/330/420 mm print widths.
Built on a modular base the machines are totally flexible and can be added to
at any time. Each module ( 1 print or die) is self contained for
electronic control and it is simply a matter of mechanically connecting
the new unit, and making a few wiring connections. The machine is self
aware and can detect new modules automatically, up to a maximum of 14.
All the standard finishing options are available along with specialised RFID and security embellishing.
All machines are built to European standards and guarded to AS4024.2
