INSTRUCTIONS FOR FITTING HEAVY DUTY COUPLING TO RPU UNWINDERS

Disconnnect power supply.
Remove gravity roller from drive roller assembly. 
Remove four screw from front plate of drive roller assembly. 
A second person may be required to hold assembly whilst fitting coupling as
 it is attached by electric cables.
Remove existing coupling from motor shaft and roller shaft.

Replace with new heavy duty coupling onto motor shaft and roller shaft. 
Tighten grub screws on both halves of coupling.
Fit roller assembly back together with coupling in place.
Replace four screws in front plate and tighten.
Replace knurled roller and machine should be ready to run.
